I noticed that my forks got tweaked out of alignment with my bars. I need a moto jack or a non-fork front stand to get the wheel off the ground and realign. Plus I've never done this before so an extra head is helpful. Problem is this pretty much needs to be done today. I go back to TWS tomorrow for my CMRA license class again. If you think you can help, great call me, tw0 ate 0n3 - deven deven tree deven deven tree ver0 If you can't help no biggie I know this is short notice and I got the word out around so I'm sure someone will come to the rescue.

Bummer dude... was the triple causing the forks to tweak a little? Or is it both tweaked forks and broken triple?

At the moment, it's just a busted triple. Rims and rotors were and look in good order. My forks were removed and are being checked for straightness, I should hear something tomorrow.

Ya, we're looking around all the boards, problem is it's an 09 and just not shit out there.

Find out the inner diameter of your triple tree... and any front end with the same diameter fork should work right?

Surely there's something to be had out there for less than $2K

Has there been any new developments or progress with the bike?

Just picked her up last week! Added a Scotts damper to replace the stock garbage, new frame sliders and clipons. I'm so ready to ride, but, I need to install my race plastics :ack2: which I'm not looking forward to.
